I'm not just interested in trams but also railways, both full size and model.  I have over the years started several railways including one of Foredale quarry near Helwith Bridge, and one of Woodlesford Station which was near my first house.  Since seeing the light and moving intoa larger scale I have managed to complete a large 0 gauge model of Long Preston the station area of which is on display in Long Preston Village Hall.  I am now working on a model of Lancaster Green Ayre as it was in 1923.These have both been built by members of Wakefield Railway Modellers Society.

My wife of 33 years, three children  also keep me busy along with my Christian Faith and I am an active member of Gildesome Baptist Church.
