Another cold day but good progress.  4 more roof sticks fitted and wedged, only 2 more to go.  The whole structure is n ow nice and strong and is just waiting for the last 2 monitor ribs to be repaired.  On the tram Jim spent the day fitting the nosings for the platforms which ahd machined during the week.  The next step is fitting the floorboards on the platforms before cutting the stairs end to length and fitting the edge mouldings.  Bernard and Stephen spent the day bending two rubbing rails and checking them for fit. All in all a satisfactory day.  Hopefully the roof structure will be refitted in the next few weeks.
