Another very cold Wednesday.  Not a great deal to report but 4 more roof sticks were wedged in place, just 6 more to go before we can put the roof structure back on the tram.  The first piece of bar was cut to length and bent.  However rather frustratingly it was 3/8" too long and various attemnpts were made to reset the bend in the correct place to fit the rubbing strake.  The weather didn't help as poor Jim had to stand outside the workshop in the snow while Bernard worked the Jim Crow which was fixed in the vice.  Jim was needed to hold the other end of the bar at the right height.  Hopefully after todays frustrations next week will go quicker as the lessons learnt are put to good use.
